Shraddha Shrestha, Manager of Nepal Tourism Board invited Thai tourists to attend the upcoming Buddhist International Travel Mart (BITM) in Lumbini.
Representative of PATA Paul Pruangkarn announced their upcoming PATA Adventure Mart in Pokhara.
On the occasion, Shivek Sachdev, Vice-President of Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) also spoke and assured of TTAA's support to the promotion of tourism of Nepal.
Speaking on the occasion,Nepalese Ambassador Ganesh Prasad Dhakal requested the Thai travel agents and tour operators to send more tourists to Nepal. He also advised the Thai travel agents/tour operators to create demand for direct flights from Thailand to Bhairahawa and Pokhara for the promotion of spiritual and adventurous tourism.
More than 60 travel agents/tour operators and media persons were present on the occasion.
