Tourism in Nepal is returning to its old ways: Mingmar Sherpa

Tourism businessman Mingmar Sherpa says that the arrival of tourists should be increased by providing more facilities to the tourists who come to visit Nepal.

A large number of tourists have come to Nepal now. This year, a large number of tourists have come to visit Nepal. Many tourists have arrived in Nepal now to climb various mountains. Tourism businessman Mingmar Sherpa says that the arrival of tourists should be increased by providing more facilities to the tourists who have come to visit Nepal. 

In the past years, the Covid epidemic had brought Nepal's tourism to a zero state.

Tourism businessman Sherpa said that the current arrival of tourism should be taken as an opportunity if the tourists who have come to Nepal can be made happy, and more tourists will enter Nepal on their recommendation.

Tourism businessman Sherpa, who brings tourists from Europe to Nepal, is also doing various social services in Solukhumbu with their help.

Sherpa, who started working in the tourism sector in 1985 as a porter, has worked as a kitchen boy, cook, an expedition, and a trekking guide. He has trained in mountain climbing in Austria and also worked as an instructor there.

Currently, he is running Boss Adventure Pvt Ltd for treks and expeditions.

Mingmar Sherpa, who has reached Everest several times, has also climbed mountains like Choyu, Manaslu, and Makalu.

He is involved in various social organizations and helped to build a school building in Tapting, Solu Dudhkunda municipality, and a monastery building in Lumsa.

Mingmar Sherpa, who is also a mountaineer, says that the government should also support as much as possible for the education and livelihood of the families of the Nepali climbers who died in the mountains.
