The rope-fixing team made progress in fixing the route as the weather started to improve. According to Imagine Nepal Treks and Expedition Today the team set out early in the morning and is close to reaching Camp-III. The route to Camp-IV is anticipated to be fixed by September 14th.
International climbers from Imagine Nepal have also commenced their climbing rotations, starting with camp-I today. They will proceed to Camp-II on September 12th and spend the night there to acclimate before the summit push.
If the weather continues to support their efforts, the fixing team to complete the summit route fixing by September 20th, or possibly even earlier.
