On the 29th anniversary of Everest’s ascent by the first Nepali women, the Pasang Lhamu Foundation organized a lively panel discussion on the 29th Pasang Lhamu Day at The Malla Hotel, Leknath Marg. Pasang Lhamu Sherpa was the first Nepali woman to conquer Mt. Everest andwas posthumously decorated with the “Nepal Tara” (Star of Nepal) title.
