Lawmakers have suggested the government find a cheap market for petroleum products. Stating that China and other countries have been trying to find cheap markets for petroleum products after the Russia-Ukraine war, CPN-UML MP Yogesh Bhattarai talked about how some other countries have also found cheap markets for petroleum products.

He also demanded a reduction in taxes on petroleum products. Similarly, Nepali Congress MP Divya Mani Rajbhandari also urged to find a cheap market for buying petroleum products.
