Ramshankar Yadav of CPN (UML) has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives of Siraha 1. Yadav defeated Padam Narayan Chaudhary of Nepali Congress and won.
Yadav won by a margin of 2,083 votes. UML’s Yadav got 29 thousand 462 votes while his nearest rival Chaudhary got 27 thousand 379 votes.
