Speaker Devraj Ghimire has said that due to the provisions of the Constitution of Nepal, women’s participation is being ensured. In a program organized by the Federation of Community Forestry Users Nepal today on the occasion of the 113th International Women’s Day, he mentioned that constitutional provisions have reached at least 33 percent of women representatives making laws.

Speaker Ghimire said that more work needs to be done for women’s rights and stressed the need for sustainable management and mobilization of natural resources for economic progress.
