EC Secretary and Chief Election Officer towards PR system, Gokarnamani Dawadi, said the EC would publish the final name list of candidates on October 26 by carrying out investigation on the claim and protest.

Any political party should mandatorily get three percent vote of the total valid votes to get PR seats in HoR and 1.5 per cent in province ass embly election. "There is a constitutional provision that there should be 33 per cent representation of women in parliament.
