Nepal Police has arrested three people for the crime of murder. The team deployed from Bouddha police circle has arrested three people last night for the murder of 26-year-old Manoj Rai, resident of Bhojpur Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality-8 and resident of Mahankal, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6. Those arrested are 19-year-old Bimal Rai of Bhojpur Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality-9, 18-year-old Jiten Rai of the same place and 19-year-old Sanjay Rai of the same place.
Spokesperson of Kathmandu District Police Complex and Superintendent of Police Dineshraj Mainali informed that Rai was killed when the accused were drunk and quarreled with each other. In the incident that took place at 9:30 pm on Saturday, the police arrested the accused from Gaurighat at 11 pm on Saturday. Spokesperson Mainali said that further investigation is being conducted by the Bouddha police circle regarding the arrested persons.
