Milano Runway is back with Volume 2 that is going to take place on February 11, Saturday at Club Fahrenheit, Thamel. 44 professional and fresher, 32 female and 14 male, models will walk the runway in exclusive designs by Nepal's based ten brands and designers.
The models were selected by judges: Prasant Tamrakar, Sandhya Kc, Aakash Shrestha and Sonam Subba Limbu from 100+ participants.
Milano Shrestha, the organizer, says, “Milano Runway is a platform for the models, designers, makeup artists, and those interested in the fashion industry to be a part of and get a chance to showcase their talent and take the industry to a new level together.” “The team and I are excited for everyone to see the designs, and the young talents that the show has to offer,” he adds.
The runway will be hosted by VJ Neelum Chand and RJ Robeen Lama and is choreographed, trained and mentored by Ajay Gurung. While the showstoppers of the show are going to be actress Shweta Khadka, and Miss International Nepal 2022, Nancy Khadka.
After giving birth to her daughter, this is going to be Shweta Khadka’s first walk on the fashion runway. Before that she was a judge in the first season of the runway.
