CPN (UML) leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has been admitted to the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital.
Khanal was brought to the hospital after he complained of weakness and was admitted on the recommendation of the doctors, according to his private secretary Krishna Bhattarai.
As per Bhattarai, Khanal did not have serious health issues and could be discharged after two to three days. Prior to this, the former prime minister had been hospitalised at the same hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 infection.
