A total of 167 polling stations and 404 polling booths have been identified in 14 municipalities of Parsa district targeting the upcoming local level election. Chief of the District Election Office and District Election Officer Ranjita Jha informed that 55 polling stations and 143 polling booths have been fixed in Birgunj Metropolitan City of the district. Similarly, six polling stations and 15 polling booths have been identified in Pakhamainpur village municipality of the lowest district.
Similarly, 11 polling stations and 24 polling booths have been identified in Pokhariya, 11 polling stations and 28 polling booths in Bahudarmai and 12 polling stations and 27 polling booths in Parsagadhi Municipality.
Similarly, there are nine polling stations and 20 polling stations in Bindwasani, six polling stations and 15 polling stations in Pakhamainpur, seven polling stations and 16 polling stations in Dhovani, eight polling stations and 20 polling stations in Chipaharmai, nine polling stations and 18 polling stations in Kalikamai, 11 polling stations and 23 polling stations in Jagarnathpur and 11 polling stations in Jirabhawani. Polling stations and 23 polling booths, eight polling booths and 17 polling booths in Patewasugauli, seven polling booths and 21 polling booths in Sakhuwa Prasauni and seven polling booths and 17 polling booths in Thori village have been fixed.

There are 339,836 voters in the district out of which 191,537 are male voters, 148,283 are female voters and 16 are other voters.
