Alliances are formed on the basis of local needs: Leader Singh

Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh has said that the alliance will be formed on the basis of local needs in the upcoming local elections.

 Speaking at a regional gathering of Nepali Congress Kathmandu Constituency No. 1 in Baneshwor today, he said that the alliance should be maintained for the defense of the constitution. "The alliance is not mandated by the people but created by the situation. It is necessary to go to the local level elections by protecting it. The alliance will be formed in the upcoming election according to the local needs," said Singh.

 Former General Secretary Singh said that the party should move ahead by accepting the decisions taken by all. Stating that speaking against the decision taken by the party leader would create negative confusion in the society, he urged all to be aware of it. Stating that Congress has led every change in the country, Singh said that it was important to endure the negative illusion spread about the MCC among the people.

 Congress central member Mohan Bahadur Basnet said that everything should be done to strengthen the party organization. Stating that this time there was a wave in favor of Congress, he mentioned that it was time for everyone to work hard.

 Congress Kathmandu President Krishna Sabuj Bania urged all to go to people's houses and ask for votes in favor of Congress. On that occasion, more than 150 people had left various parties and joined the Nepali Congress.
