Rabi Lamichhane, a well-known television presenter and president of the National Independent Party, has registered his candidacy from Chitwan Region No. 2. Krishna Bhakta Pokharel from CPN-UML and Umesh Shrestha from Nepali Congress are candidates in his constituency.
