Rabi Lamichhane, a television program presenter, has recently established National Independent Party and announced that his party will not participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections at the provincial level.
He informed that his party's candidacy in this election will only be in the direct and proportional election at the federal level.
Lamichhane officially informed the Election Commission that they will not participate in the state-level election.
