The liaison office established at the Everest base camp to monitor the activities of Everest climbers in the spring season of this year has been started by the Department of Tourism. The department reached the base camp along with the climbing team and opened a liaison office in the base camp to inspect and monitor all activities throughout the climbing period.
According to the Department of Tourism, the Liaison Office had to be set up after the previously appointed liaison officers were sitting at home and eating allowances before reaching the base camp.
A liaison office has been opened so that seven employees are deployed throughout the climbing period to organize the Everest climb.
Many climbers in history have taken permission to climb Mount Everest this spring.
