While the taste is international, the ingredients used for the meals at Piano Piano express have been locally sourced as much as possible. However, ingredients like olive oil, olives, capers, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and others are imported from Italy to assure authentic Italian taste.

The pre-cooked meals have no preservatives, no food coloring, and additives. And Piano Piano express not only prioritizes hygiene but also follows the rules for the cold chain during production, storage, and distribution. All meals are immediately frozen and sealed after being cooked.
