The Nepali Embassy in Canberra informed through a press release that the memorandum of understanding was signed after bilateral talks between Foreign Secretary Bharatraj Paudyal and his counterpart Jan Adams.
Secretary of Water and Energy Commission Dinesh Ghimire and Australian Foreign Secretary Adams signed the memorandum of understanding in the Nepali delegation led by Paudel.
