Public transport has started operating electric buses.
This bus is a semi-floor bus designed by City Bus. Which is considered useful for the elderly, disabled and children. Like the old diesel bus, this bus is handicapped-friendly.
There is a plan to give priority to women drivers and co-drivers for the operation of the new electric bus. Currently, 4 female drivers and 5 female co-drivers are undergoing training on the efficiency and safety protocol of electric buses.
