Three electric buses of Sajha arrive at Tatopani

In the first phase of testing by Sajha Yatayat, three electric buses have been brought to the Tatopani checkpoint. The Go Company has informed that they have been brought brought to Nepal after the 'gradeability test' (ability to pull up) of the on the uphill roads of China.

In the first phase, Sajha is bringing three electric buses to Kathmandu. The buses were manufactured at the CHTCHO's electric bus factory in Nanjing, China.

After the buses arrive in Kathmandu, they will be tested on the valley's roads. If successful, the remaining 37 will also arrive, said Sajha. The bus of CHTCHO is brought to Nepal and sold by 'The Go'.

In the first phase, a 3 9-meter long buses are being purchased. After this, there is a plan to bring 12-meter long and inter-state electric buses.

Now, electric buses with a capacity of 25 seats and more will come to Kathmandu. These buses will also have features like Wi-Fi, TV display, CCTV camera, et cetera. It is said that electric buses with modern facilities will be added gradually.
