President Bidya Devi Bhandari has inaugurated the 8th National General Convention of the Association of Higher Education and Secondary Schools of Nepal (HISAN ) today.
President Bhandari inaugurated the two-day general convention of the association, which is considered a nationwide network of private schools operating under the slogan 'Meaningful Partnership in Education Development: HISAN 's Contribution and Responsibility'.
President Bhandari released HISAN souvenirs at the ceremony. She urged the school principals to contribute to quality, accessible, and research-oriented higher education and wished success to the convention.
Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Umesh Shrestha stressed the need for HISAN to make additional contributions to timely education.
