The hearing of actor Paul Shah's case, who is in jail for trial on the charge of raping a minor, has also been postponed on Thursday.
According to court sources, Shah's lawyer has canceled the hearing which was scheduled to be held in Pokhara High Court today. Shah's case will be heard next Thursday.
Shah who was in custody by the Tanahu and Nawalpur District Courts on charges of rape has filed a petition in the Pokhara High Court against the order.
