Aishwarya Shrestha has won the Miss Grand Nepal 2022 title. Shrestha won the crown by beating 14 people in the competition. Shrestha received the crown of Miss Grand Nepal 2022 along with a cash prize of six lakh rupees.

Winner Shrestha will participate from Nepal in the Miss Grand International to be held in Bali, Indonesia. Barsha Bhandari became the first runner up in the competition and Raksha Upreti became the second runner up.
