The police arrested 2 in Morang on the charge of raping a 23-year-old woman. Among those arrested are 26-year-old Dilip Jogi and 50-year-old Khagendra Tamang, residents of Kanepokhari.
The police arrested them on the basis of a complaint that the two men raped the woman on different days.
The police are investigating further in this regard.
