Army rescues man from Seti river

Nepal Army rescued a man trapped on the bank of Seti River in Gharipatan of Pokhara. Bishal Thapa Magar, 32, of Gaumukhi village in Pyuthan district and currently living in Pokhara, slipped and fell into the Seti river while fishing.

The Nepal Army’s Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART), with the help of the Nepal Police and the Armed Police Force rescued him. As his right leg was broken, he was rushed to the Western Regional Hospital in Pokhara for further treatment.
