According to the district police office Palpa, six people died on the spot when the bus No. 1K 5952 from Gulmi to Butwal met with an accident at Ribdikot Rural Municipality-2 Laghuwa in Palpa.
16 people were injured in the accident. The deceased has not been identified. The police said that the rescue operation is going on now. It is understood that there were 22 passengers in the bus. The bus fell about 60 meters below the road. An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
