A temporary police station has been constructed in Kankrebihar, an area of historical and archaeological importance. The local government of Birendranagar Municipality-3, Surkhet, located in the capital of Karnali, has constructed the building at a cost of Rs 650,000. Mayor Dev Kumar Subedi inaugurated the building.
The temporary police station, which has been under construction since September 10, 2019, has been operating from today. Deputy Chief Mohan Maya Dhakal, present at the inauguration as well, asked the police to work with the people.
