Member Secretary Dr. Milan Kumar Thapa informed the Rastriya Samachar Samiti that a decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Pashupati Area Development Fund on March 30. The lands in the name of Pashupatinath are in the records of Shri Pashupatinath Amalkot Court Office, Shri Pashupatinath Bhandar Tahbil Office and Shri Pashupatinath Jayavageshwari Bhandar Tahbil Office. Lands in the records of all the three offices but not registered will now be registered only as per the decision of the Board of Directors of the Fund.
According to Thapa, the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Department of Land Management and Records, Department of Survey and Land Revenue has been informed about the registration of these lands by Pashupatinath's Guthi.
