Meen Bahadur Gurung, former Election Commissioner Sudhir Kumar Shah, Gopal Karki, Shivji Bhattarai, Ghamankumari Karki, Baburaja Maharjan, Devnarayan Maharjan, Dhruvprasad Aryal, Yograj Poudel, Narayandas Mishra, Rudraprasad Shrestha, Balkrishna Shrestha, Vinod Paudel, Keshav Tuladhar, Arun Kumar Shrestha, Kaladhar Deuja, Sanjay Maharjan and Saklanand Maharjan are in custody.
