A man has drowned in a swimming pool in Bhairahawa. The deceased has been identified as Sumit Tuladhar, 27, of Siddharthnagar Municipality-6.
Rupandehi Police Spokesperson DSP Navratna Poudel said that Tuladhar, who had gone to Hotel Pauwa for swimming with his friends on Friday evening, was rushed to the hospital after falling unconscious in the swimming pool.
The relatives of the deceased have alleged that the incident took place due to lack of life guard in the swimming pool.
