The driver of a Bolero vehicle carrying chickens has died in an accident at Tintapke of Hetauda-3 on the East-West Mahendra Highway. The deceased has been identified as Gopal Dahal, 33, of Hetauda-6.
A day earlier, Sandeep Aryal, 31, of Ratnanagar-8 in Chitwan was killed in a tractor accident near the same place. The driver of the tractor heading towards Manahari from Hetauda overturned in Kholsa and died on the spot, according to police.
A man has died in a tractor accident in Saptari district. The deceased has been identified as Dhiraj Sada, 23, of Kankalini Municipality-6, Hanumanagar.
Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Saptari, DSP Madhav Prasad Kafle informed that the driver of the tractor had been eating while Sada took the tractor to fetch soil, and on the way, it had overturned.
The body of the deceased has been brought to Rajbiraj-based Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital for postmortem.
