Order to release Bhatbhateni Super Market owner Meen Bahadur Gurung

Meen Bahadur Gurung, the owner of Bhat Bhateni Super Market, who was arrested in the Lalita residence land case, will be released from prison. A bail of Rs 2 crore 46 lakh has been demanded from him.

 In that case, the District Court of Kathmandu has ordered to released 17 persons but one person be released on bail.

The bench of Judge Bholanath Dhakal ordered that all the accused except Keshab Tuladhar be released on bail. Tuladhar has been ordered to leave on normal dates.
