Recently, the attraction of patients in Ayurveda health treatment has increased. The patient's attraction towards it has increased with the cure of the disease and the availability of good healthcare services at low cost.

Ayurvedic treatment is paid less attention by the people, but here the pressure of local residents has increased for the treatment. According to the District Ayurveda Health Center, up to 100 patients come for Ayurvedic treatment daily. Considering the convenience of the patients, various health equipment have also been installed. According to the office, the patients who come for treatment are treated according to the disease by using various Ayurvedic medicines and using equipment.

Manoj Kumar Mandal, Acting Office Head of District Ayurvedic Health Center, said that the attraction of the customers coming to the Ayurveda Health Center is increasing. He said, "Recently, there has been an increase in the demand of local residents for Ayurvedic treatment, as Ayurvedic medicine has no side effects, it has increased the interest in its use. We have raised awareness about the services provided here to the citizen level, and this has also made people pay more attention to this treatment."

According to the statistics of Ayurveda Health Center, eight thousand 415 patients have taken the service in the last financial year. According to the office, most of the patients who come for treatment are piles, back problems, jaundice, gastritis, asthma, bone problems and neurological problems.

Even though the Center is still operating Panchakarma and Purvakarma services, there is some difficulty in providing services due to lack of doctors, according to the Acting Chief Mandal. He said, "We have conducted various services through the Ayurveda health center, due to the lack of doctors, it is difficult to conduct some services."

Mandal said that since the treatment method is easy and effective, local people have more faith in Ayurvedic treatment since the corona epidemic. He said that since medicines are prepared from various herbs found locally, these medicines are beneficial for health.

In the center, services including lubrication and sweating are being operated under Panchakarma service. Due to the effective treatment of diseases such as rheumatism, arthritis, gallstones, piles, etc., the number of patients has increased. After getting information about the importance of Ayurvedic medicine, most people are using Ayurvedic medicine. Pasangdiki Sherpa, a local resident, said that after the improvement of health with Ayurvedic medicine, confidence in the treatment method has increased.

Vaidya Anil Kumar Mandal of the office said that because Ayurvedic medicine works well in the human body, there is increasing interest in it. He said, "There are many patients suffering from rheumatism, jaundice, back pain, piles, fistula, gastric, etc., and we use various treatment methods and medicines to cure them and send them away."

The office said that despite the increase in the number of patients, there are no doctors and staff according to their building and staff, so it is difficult to provide smooth service. Vaidya Mandal of the office said that although the attraction of patients has increased, there are some problems in service delivery due to lack of own building and lack of doctors.

The local residents are demanding that doctors should be arranged according to the vacancies in the office. According to local experts, more patients can benefit from it if public awareness about the benefits of Ayurvedic treatment is spread to the masses.
