The identities of 38 people who died in the plane crash of Yeti Airlines in Pokhara on Sunday have been revealed. 72 people including four crew members were on board the plane.
So far, 68 people have been confirmed dead in the accident. Among them, 38 bodies have been identified. Likewise, District Administration Office Kaski has said that the bodies of those who died in the plane crash are ready for post-mortem. Chief District Officer Tek Bahadur KC informed that a team of doctors arrived in a helicopter from Kathmandu and now the work of postmortem will be carried forward after a small discussion.
Likewise, the identified bodies of those who died in the accident are being handed over to their families after the post-mortem, while those whose identities have not been revealed will be sent to Kathmandu. Besides, the search for the four missing people in the accident is ongoing since Monday morning.
