Kathmandu:
Rohan Khadka, 30, of Dadhikot in Bhaktapur Suryabinayak-4 has been arrested on Friday afternoon along with 401 ampoules of Diazepam, 401 ampoules of Nurfin, and 403 ampoules of Fenargan from Dakshinkali Municipality-5 Pharping Check Post. He was in his car (No. 1 Ja 7381) coming to Kathmandu from Birgunj, which was searched by the police at the Pharping Area Police Office when they found the illegal substances.
Parsa:
Rajan Kumar Chaurasia, 20, of Ramgarhwa in Parsa, Birgunj-16 has been arrested on Friday night along with 1 gram of brown sugar and 1 bottle of Corex from Rajyanti Chowk. Police from District Police Office, Parsa found him with the drugs and arrested him.
Morang:
Police have arrested Deepak Darnal, 24, of Pathari Shanischare Municipality-4 on Friday evening in possession of 1kg marijuana. Police from the Area Police Office, Kerabari found him with the drugs during patrol and arrested him.
Saptari:
Police have seized around 1 kg 400 grams of cannabis from the barn of Mahendra Safi of Madhuwapur in Hanumannagar Kankalini Municipality-4 on Friday afternoon. Based on the information that marijuana was hidden in his barn, police from the Area Police Office, Bhardaha, searched the barn and found the amount of marijuana. Police are currently searching for Mahendra who is on the run.
Bara:
Police have seized about 10 kg of cannabis from the side of Autorickshaw Park at Tedha Road, Jitpur Simara Sub-metropolis-7, Bara on Friday afternoon. Police from the Area Police Office, Jitpur found the cannabis.
The respective District police are conducting necessary investigations in these regards.
