KATHMANDU: Chitralekha Yadav has been appointed as Nepali Ambassador to Australia.
President Ram Chandra Poudel appointed her as the Ambassador to Australia on Sunday.
Yadav was appointed as the Resident Ambassador to Australia on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution, a statement issued by the President's Office said.
