HOR meeting adjourned till Friday
The meeting of the House of Representatives HOR has been adjourned following the disruption of the main opposition party CPN (UML).
The meeting, which started at 1 pm on Wednesday, was interrupted by UML MPs. UML parliamentarians blocked the meeting demanding a high-level inquiry committee into the gold smuggling case.
Speaker Devraj Ghimire asked for assistance to advance the agenda of the Parliament. But after the UML continued the obstruction, Speaker Ghimire adjourned till Friday.
