The Members of Parliaments (MPs) have voiced against House disruption under any pretext.
Speaking at today's HoR meeting, the MPs said that the House should continue its business rather than its disruptions to express dissatisfaction or pile pressure to meet the demands of the opposition and ruling parties.
Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden called for forming a high-level committee to probe the smuggling of gold also to convince the people.
He said that discussion among the top leaders of Nepali Congress, CPN (Maoist Centre) and CPN (UML) after the House disruption was not a good practice and added that the House should be made a hostage of three political parties.
In the meeting, MP Prem Suwal asked the government to make the public clear about the gold smuggling that his happening repeatedly.
Likewise, MP Ram Prakash Chaudhary said the trend of House disruption should end.
MP Raj Kishor Yadav said that people's issues have been shadowed as the House disruption continued for long and added that the probe into the gold smuggling scam should not be made a tool to fulfill political interest.
Similarly, MP Metmani Chaudhary said that state agencies should be trusted on the probe process.
Also speaking at the meeting, MP Amresh Kumar Singh drew government's attention towards increasing mistrust level to the state's agencies.
