Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, has won from Chitwan-2 by a huge margin.
He defeated both Congress and UML candidates by a wide margin. Lamichhane won by 49,261 votes, while Krishna Bhakta Pokharel of UML received 14,649, and Congress candidate Umesh Shrestha got 15099 votes.
