Nepal Mountaineering Association welcomes new advisors

Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) welcomed its newly appointed advisors and chief advisors.

Amid a function organized at NMA secretariat Nagpokhari, President Nima Nuru Sherpa welcomed the advisors with a Khada and bouquet. On the occasion, President Sherpa also handed over a letter of appointment to all the advisors.

The 7th meeting of the Central Executive Board of NMA held on 18th August 2022 at NMA secretariat Nagpokhari Naxal, had appointed its former President and Mountain Tourism expert Ang Tshering Sherpa as chief advisor.

The meeting had also appointed Dr. Ganesh Gurung, geographer Mr. Buddhi Narayan Shrestha, former ambassador Ms. Dawa Futi Sherpa, tourism entrepreneur Bikram Pandey, 1st Nepali 14 eight thousander submitter Mingma Sherpa and politician Krishna KC as its advisors.
