KATHMANDU; The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology’s Weather Forecasting Division has indicated that the country is currently experiencing a mix of westerly and local winds.

As per the Division, the weather is partly cloudy in the provinces of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini.

This afternoon, the hilly regions will see partly cloudy skies, while the rest of the country is expected to remain mostly clear with some cloud cover.

There is a likelihood of light rain and occasional lightning in a few locations in the hilly areas of Gandaki and Karnali provinces. Light snowfall is also possible in some high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces.

Tonight, the weather will stay partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, with the rest of the country remaining mostly clear.
