Additional bus operation by Samakhushi Transport Pvt Ltd

Samakhusi Transport Pvt Ltd has brought 10 buses into operation at a cost of Rs 5 crore.

The private company, which was started in the year 2000 with the aim of providing transportation services to the citizens of the northern region of Kathmandu, has added several buses today. The service was jointly inaugurated by Sanukaji Prajapati, Chairman of Pvt. Ltd., and Yogendranath Karmacharya, Chief Advisor of Pvt. He said that keeping in mind the needs of the local residents, more buses have been operated.

"There is a lot of traffic in Kathmandu Valley, we believe that with the addition of buses, it will be easier for the passengers", he said.

Sanukaji Prajapati, President of the Pvt Ltd and Vice President of the National Association of Nepal Transport Professionals, informed that buses have been added in accordance with the growing population and the local level's wishes in the northern area of ​​Kathmandu. He asked drivers and co-drivers to be passenger-friendly.

In the beginning, Samakhusi Transport, which operated services from nine microbuses, is now providing services to passengers through 80 microbuses and 31 large buses. Dipendra KC, the financial manager of the Pvt. Ltd., informed that the transport has been serving passengers from Baniatar, Brekeko Pul, Manmaiju, Tokha, Bashundhara, and Mhaipi in the northern region of Kathmandu. The company is currently providing employment to 300 drivers and co-drivers.
