KATHMANDU: Unitech Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue ordinary shares (IPO) to the general public. The company has called an annual general meeting with the IPO proposal.

The company is going to hold the general meeting on 20th Baisakh at 11 am at the registered office, Kupandol, Lalitpur.

The company will discuss the IPO proposal, discuss the profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2080/81, and discuss and pass the agenda items including the appointment of auditors and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
