A Memorandum of Understanding was signed today between Kathmandu Metropolitan City and Nepal Law Campus to provide free legal services to all ward offices under Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
According to the memorandum of understanding, all the ward offices will prepare legal and general documents and provide oral legal consultation services to the residents of the city.
There is a condition of providing Rs 15,000 per month facility to the students studying at LLM, LLB, and BA LLB level studying in Nepal Law Campus for providing service in ward offices and central office throughout the office period.
With this, it has been confirmed that free legal services will be available to the residents of the city.
