Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has assured the newly elected Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolis, Balendra Shah (Balen), of the government's cooperation to solve KMC problems.
PM Deuba reiterated that the government and his party were ready to extend full support to resolve the problems facing Kathmandu city. PM Deuba said it during a meeting with Mayor Balendra Shah on Wednesday.
The PM also congratulated Balenon on his win. In response, Mayor Balendra said he would work in collaboration with Nepali Congress.
