Let the New Year bring politically stability: Regmi

Former Prime Minister Khil Raj Regmi has said that happiness, peace and prosperity of the people is the main objective of the state and it is necessary to focus all efforts towards that.

Expressing best wishes to all Nepalis on the occasion of Nepalese New Year, he said that there is a need to review how much we are focused on the said objective.

Former Prime Minister Regmi said in the message, "We Nepalis, who have long aspired to be economically, socially and culturally prosperous, are constantly fighting for our happy future."

Stating that many sectors including the executive, judiciary and parliament are in political turmoil, he suggested the political parties to field qualified and good people in the upcoming local elections.
