Majority of women voters in Lalitpur

Lalitpur has a majority of women voters out of a total of 243,884

Lalitpur has one lakh 18 thousand 933 male voters, one lakh 24 thousand 950 female voters and one third gender.

The district has one metropolis, two municipalities and three village municipalities. There are a total of 122,890 voters including 63,437 women and 59,453 men in Lalitpur Metropolitan City, said Goma Ghimire, Chief of the District Election Office.

Similarly, Mahalakshmi municipality has a total of 36 thousand 667 male and 17 thousand 548 male and 19 thousand 119 female voters, Godavari municipality has 26 thousand 629 male and 27 thousand 769 female and a total of 54 thousand 399 third gender voters. In Konjyosom village 4,312 males, 4,276 females total 8,588, in Bagmati village 5,960 males, 6,368 females 12,328 and in Mahankal village 4,623 males, 4,389 females 9,012. Ghimire said that there are voters.

Similarly, 131 polling stations and 288 polling booths have been fixed in Lalitpur. There are 52 polling stations and 137 polling booths in Lalitpur, 18 polling booths and 43 polling booths in Mahalaxmi, 31 polling booths and 66 polling booths in Godavari, seven polling booths and 12 polling booths in Konjyosom, 13 polling booths and 17 polling booths in Bagmati and 10 polling booths and 13 polling booths in Mahankal.
