All the obstacles in the garbage disposal of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City have been removed. On Thursday, 284 vehicles had reached the garbage picker. If this continues, it is estimated that all the garbage will be removed within a few days.
Kathmandu Metropolitan City has a limited number of garbage trucks. The Metropolitan Municipality says that only with the help of large machinery operators such as trippers and trucks, more and more garbage can be collected in a short time.
The Metropolitan Corporation has expressed its gratitude to the Nepal Transport Professionals National Federation, Nepal Tripper and Truck Professionals Committee, vehicle drivers, helpers and all related parties for accepting the request of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City and helping to transport the waste.
