The month of Shrawan is considered to be sacred in Nepal. During this month, especially on Mondays, devotees, despite all ages and sexes, go to Shiva temples to worship Lord Shiva.
What is to be noted is that gatherings of large crowds at temples are still prohibited by the government to curb the spread of COVID.
