Police have arrested a man from Bode of Madhyapurthimi Municipality-8 while he was cutting meat of a calf. Nima Moktan, 38, of Bode Pati Vihar in Dolakha Katakuti Gaonpalika-2 has been arrested, said Raju Pandey, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bhaktapur.
Moktan was arrested along with the calf meat by the police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi, after the locals informed that they were slaughtering calf in a public toilet near the ward office building at Madhyapurthimi Municipality-8. Pandey informed that the police would take Moktan to the district court in Bhaktapur today and proceed with the investigation process.
